NY State DMV approved 5-Hour Online pre-licensing course MV-278 offers you all of what you need to become a safe and a responsible driver. You must complete this course before scheduling your road test. To take the course you must be 16 or older and have a valid NY state learners permit. Students who take Driver Education in High schools are not required to take this course. You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
